This website describes Withstand's work and provides general technical information. Articles, illustrations, and downloadable examples are not project-specific engineering advice, an approved facility model, or authorization to energize or operate equipment. Requirements and software behavior can vary by project, authority, and version.
Engineering review and acceptance
Models and parameter candidates require review by appropriately qualified professionals and validation for their intended use. Utility acceptance and engineer-of-record approval are separate decisions. An internal readiness result, export file, or synthetic demonstration does not establish that either has occurred. Examples labeled synthetic are demonstrations rather than customer results.
Engagements and software
Sending an enquiry or booking a demo does not create a paid engagement. Scope, fees, delivery dates, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, data handling, and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing. Any software download is subject to its accompanying license. These website terms do not replace a signed services agreement or grant rights to third-party simulator software.
Content and third-party names
Site content belongs to its respective owners. You may link to public pages and use materials as permitted by their stated licenses and applicable law. Do not present synthetic examples as independent measurements or imply an endorsement that has not been given. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners; their use here does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit material you have no right to share. Use a non-confidential summary for an initial enquiry. Agree a secure handoff before providing customer models, credentials, or restricted operating records.
