What this public site collects.

Effective September 15, 2026

Scope and contact

This notice covers the Withstand public website, enquiries, and demo bookings. Contact us at [email protected] about these practices. Customer models, API processing, and paid engagements require separate agreed data-handling terms.

Enquiries

The enquiry form sends your email address and any notes you add to our server, where they are stored in our enquiry database so we can evaluate and respond to your enquiry. The form service uses your network address only briefly, to limit abuse, and does not store it with your enquiry. If you email us instead, your email provider and ours handle the message under their own terms.

Optional public-site analytics

Google Analytics does not load unless you choose Allow analytics. If you opt in, it receives the public page URL without its query string or fragment, a sanitized referrer, and browser and device information. Google may derive approximate location from the request address. We do not send enquiry-form values, email addresses, project details, API activity, customer files, model inputs, or results.

We disable Google signals and advertising personalization. Your choice is stored in local storage. If you allow analytics, Google may set first-party measurement cookies. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of any measured page to change your choice. Turning it off disables collection, removes Google Analytics cookies this site can access, and reloads the page without the tag.

Cookies and browser signals

We store your analytics choice under withstand.analytics-consent.v1 in your browser until you change it or clear site storage. Optional Google Analytics cookies use names beginning with _ga. Cookie lifetimes and Google's processing are described in Google's cookie information and partner-site privacy information.

This site uses your explicit analytics choice and does not currently change it automatically in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Analytics stays off until you opt in. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing, contacting us, or booking a demo.

Demo bookings and other providers

Book a demo opens Calendly on its own website. If you book, Calendly collects the details you provide and makes booking information available to us so we can arrange and follow up on the meeting. Its processing is described in the Calendly privacy notice. Following an external link subjects that visit to the destination's own practices.

Email, scheduling, hosting, security, and consented analytics providers process information to deliver those services. Their processing may occur in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Technical request data

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested path, time, response status, and diagnostic events to deliver and protect the site. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or run advertising trackers. Google Analytics is used only for consented measurement of this public site.

Retention

Enquiry and booking records are kept as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes an engagement and whether records are needed for an unresolved issue. Provider retention settings also affect analytics and technical logs. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion.

Your choices and contact

You can decline analytics, reopen Analytics settings, clear site data in your browser, or ask about information you sent us. Write to [email protected].

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. Send requests to the address above; we may need enough information to verify your identity. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection and does not automatically delete previously collected information.

Changes to this notice

We will post updates here and change the effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide it.
